At BreakWooden, we handcraft each item with dedication and precision. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.

📌 Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• You provide clear photographic evidence of any damage, defect, or incorrect product

• The item is not a custom or personalized order (see below)

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order)

• Products showing signs of use, wear, or intentional damage

• Items returned after the 7-day period

Note: Each handmade item is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.

📧 How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at dodung.breakwood@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include:

   • Your order number

   • A brief description of the issue

   • Photos of the product (and packaging if damaged during transit)

3. Our support team will respond within 48 hours with instructions and next steps

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

• Returns must be sent to the address provided in our response email

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are processed to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement, please request a return and place a new order after your refund is confirmed.
